ALBERT BARNS' (LATE BARNS & HIGGIE) REPORT.
The sale at Campbelltown yards on Wednesday, 16th May, opened to a largo audience and with full entries of stock, and I had a good sale. There is not much noticeable change in the market prices from late quotations. Sheep still remain at low figures, and although moving a little, are sttll at low rates, and values are in favour of buyers. The market reports from the West Coast show low prices for fat stock, and until a good rise takes place we cannot expect much improvement here. Sheep.— -Fat wethers, 10s 4d ; fat ewes, 28 6d to 9s 3d ; shorn lambs, 5s 2d ; lambs in wool, 6s lOd.
