LONDON, April 11.

The Bey of Tunis has formally protested against the French violation of his territory, and has appealed to the Great Powers for protection.

The ship Northumberland has arrived from Wellington.

Mr. C. S. Parnell has written a letter on the subject of the Irish Land Bill, which has been introduced into the House of Commons.
