[Rextter's Special to Star.] London, November 7. Parnell is now in Dublin, and is pressing hard for a trial of the leaguers. He says it is evident the Government intends to delay the same as much as possible, so as to prevent their attendance in Parliament.

The Porte is sending further drafts of troops to the districts of Epirus and Thessaly, in view of possible hostilities with Greece, over the rectuicatiou of the frontier.
The Albanians continue to resist the cession of Dulcigno, and opposed Riza Pasha's escort, when crossing the river Bojana. The Turks deemed it advisable to void hostilities, and retired.
Lay ock has beaten Riley in the sculling match for JMOO a-side. He won the race easily.
The IntßTnatiDnal Regatta commences on the 18th. The races will be pulled in four heats, the regatta lasting three days. There are seventeen entries for the various events.
