A recent parcel from England was a delightful surprise to its recipients. It contained a piece of Princess Elizabeth’s wedding cake, sent by Miss Margaret Benson, a member of the Royal Staff, to her sisters, Mrs. A. Spurr, of Petone, and Mrs. B. W. Bird, of Otaki, and friends,. Miss Aldersly, of Lower Butt, and Mrs. White and Miss T. Collins, of Wallaceville.
