Food for Britain

PARCELS FROM LOWER HUTT Five cases of food for Britain were packed by Mrs. J. Mitchell, Mrs. R. Ashe and other helpers in the basement of the King George Theatre, Lower Hutt, last week, and will be despatched to Britain at the earliest opportunity.

The organisers of the appeal are very grateful to the grocers who have placed receptacles in their shops for the reception oi parcels. This action on the part 'of the grocers has been of considerable help to the committee.
