WEDDING
(JILL—BALLS Ai St. Stephen's Presbyterian Church, Lower Hint, on April 12. Miss Shona Pre Balls, daughter ol Mr. and Mrs. O. J. Balls, was married to Mr. Raymond Gregory Gill, .s.>n of Mr. and the late Mrs. L. G. Gill. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. L. V. Btbby. The bride, who was given away b\ her lather, wore a lovely classic gown of white mati cloche, which featured a softly shirred trout panel. falling into a low peplum. Her three-tiered veil was of tulle edged with lace She carried a shower bouquet of cactus dahlias and gladioli. The bridesmaids. Misses Shirley Bond (cousin, of the bride). Mary Anderson, and Barbara Bond, wore classic gowns of turquoise sea-spray cloche, with cap sleeves and toning lace mittens, and carried shower bouquets of scarlet cactus dahlias and gladioli. Mr. .lack Gill, brother of the bridegroom, acted as best man. Mr. Norman Gill was groomsman and Messrs. .Murray Bond and Warwick Grant ushers. After the ceremony u reception was held in the Naeuae Bowling Club's rooms, where over 100 guests were received by the bride's mother, who wore a model black frock with edge-to-edge coat and a spray of cream roses, and Miss .Joyce Gill, the bridegroom's sister, who wore a tailored blue suit with powder-blue accessories. The bride travelled in a ntidnightblu< suit, with pencil slim skirt and jacket with tucked dolman sleeves and sash belt, black accessories, and a mole-coloured fur coat (the gifc ol the bridegrooms.
