PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
NEED OP CONTROL The need of some control over pedestrian traffic was emphasised by Cr. H. F. Muir at Monday night's meeting of the Lower Hutt City Council. He said that conditions on Fridays in High Street were very bad. j The Mayor: "It. is congestion, not traffic." It was stated that Inspector Moss' presence was already being felt, and it was expected that there would be an early improvement in conditions.
