WOMEN'S INSTITUTE.
The gardening circle of the Taiia Women's Institute spent a very pleasant afternoon at the home of Mrs. J. Mitchell, "Casa Loma," Belmont, on Thursday last, the day* being gloriously fine added to ?he ibeauty of t'te guldens, bush and view which were greatly appreciated by the circle. A beau '• ful afternoon tea was served, and th--; ladies warmly thanked Mrs. Alitchel! for giving them such a .pleasant afternoon, Those present "were Mrs, J. Harris (convenor), Airs. Foster (president), Airs. Christie, Mrs. Parry, Airs. Dillon, Mrs, Smith, Airs. McAruthur, Airs. Sage, Airs. Martiu, Mrs. Cooley, Mrs. Jackson and Mrs. Aburu.
