AN EXCHANGE OF VIEWS. \ '(By Telegraph-d?ress Assn.-Copyright) (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 17. The Board of Trade announce that an exchange of views has taken place in Rome during the last few days between a United Kingdom delegation and representatives of the Italian Government with a view to a definite agreement in regard to United Kingdom imports into Italy and their payment. After a full examination of the position the United Kingdom delegation arc returning to .London to report. Meanwhile it has been agreed that the exchange of notes of March 18 shall be continued, subject to certain adjustments designed to facilitate its opera tion.
