LEGAL LIGHTS INTERNED. (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) -• 1 BERLIN, Sept. 10. (Prominent Prussian State Attorneys, T>rs. Toehler and Bender, also Dr. Herman, of the Prussian Ministry of -Justice, who formerly conducted political (prosecution®, have been sent to a concentration camp. They were of over-zealous prosecution •of Hitlerites and undue leniency to ’“criminals of the former regime.” A well-known South German judge, Herr Fischer, has been sent to the Stuttgart concentration camp for refusing to give the Hitler salute in •Court, as prescribed by the new regulations. .
