OPPOSITION IN AUSTRIA. (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) VIENNA, Sept. 10. THe city glittered with robes and uniforms during the Pan-German Catholic Congress, but the tension is growing. The latest slogan, “Cross versus “Swastika ’ ’ typifies the manner in which the religious celebration is being linked with the Dollfuss fight to stem : the rising tide. of Nazi-ism, which threatens to make the Austrian '’•Chancellor’s position untenable.
