POSITION BECOMING STRAINED
ARRESTS ON SUSPICION OF HIGH TREASON. EXPULSION OP PROPAGANDISTS. (Received TMs Day, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 6. The Manchester Guardian's Vienna correspondent says that the Austro-German tension is becoming worse. The Vienna police discovered a Nazi tsecret organisation centred in the flat of a dentist, Dr. Schneider, who was arrested with eleven others on suspicion of high treason. An examination tof documents found on the premises led to- the arrest and expulsion of Austrian ■ correspondents of several German papers involved in 'subterranean Nazi propaganda.
