PROTEST AGAINST USE OF JAPANESE TROOPS.

(Received This Day, 12.51 p.m.) LONDON, April 25. , The Nationalist Government has issued a lengthy manifesto denouncing the entry of Japanese troops into Shantung and is appealing to the powers to support it against the violation of China’s integrity. Unofficially the protest is based on the belief that Japanese troops have been used for the purpose of helping the North.
