TROUBLE IN MONGOLIA
Advice to the Powers LONDON, November 11. The Nanking Foreign Office has advised representatives of foreign Powers to evacuate their nationals from tho whole of Inner Mongolia and the adjoining provinces “in consequence of the disturbed conditions.”
