ARRESTS IN MOSCOW
Fascist Plot Alleged MOSCOW, Nov. 11. A number of Germans and Austrians and one Swede have been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in what is believed to be a widespread Fascist plot against the Government. Tin* accused are alleged to form part of an organisation with agents throughout the country.
