LEMON SAUCE RECIPE
Ingredients: 1 dessertspoonful of arrowroot, 2 tablespooufuls lemon juice, a little grated lemon rind, 1 tablespoonful of sugar, 1 tablespoonful of butter, pinch of salt, 1 cup of boiling water.
Method: Blend the arrowroot with a little cold water, add the boiling water,- cook till clear, add the butter, sugar, lemon rind and juice and beat well.
