The new styles are already worth considering lor colder days and are ideal lor Easter wear. Tailored costumes in rough tweeds are excellent for sports wear, whilst English-made check suits in black/white, brown/ white, neat pin stripes and other worsted suitings provide a really smart collection for autumn wear. The new afternoon and dinner frocks are most attractive in style and colour. Rich velvets and satins, lovely shot matelasse and mosmousse cloths are prominent, being gracefully cut on clinging lines with distinctive sleeves and necklines. Beautiful evening frocks and capes are also showing in a variety of styles and materials far exceeding adequate description, and a visit to Westerman’s wonderful showroom abounds with pleasure and genuine delight.
