Communist Deputies created a secene when the Dutch Parliament reassembled and. were forcefully removed. Simultaneously Communists assembled outside tne Ministry of Social Affairs and. became riotous when refused an interview with the Minister.

Queen Wilhelmina was cheered when driving through the streets to Parliament. Tho speech from tho Throne did not contain the expected announcement of Princess Juliana’s betrothal. A Communist disturbance arose when the senior parliamentarian, at tho conclusion of the Queen’s’ speech, raised the traditional cry ‘‘Long live the Queen.” Two Communist Deputies, one of whom was a Javanese, shouted; “Down with tho royal house! ” Other Deputies immediately seized them and threw them out THREE DEPUTIES ARRESTED Blood-Spattered Clothes (Received 19, 1.30 p.m.) THE HAGUE, Sept. 18. The police arrested three Communist Deputies concerned in the disturbance. They later were released anil emerged pale. Their shirts were blood-spattered and their clothes rumpled.
