JAPANESE MISSION
Returning Mr. Latham’s Visit (Received 19, 11.45 a.m.) TOK 10, Sept. 18. Air Hirota, Foreign Minister, intends sending an envoy of ambassadorial rank to Australia iu October to return Mr J. G. Latham’s visit and to negotiate a trade treaty, subsequently proceeding on a mission to the Dutch Indies and adjacent British colonies. Thereafter he will go to South Africa, where it is expected he will negotiate a trade .treaty.
