Two Made in Auckland (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Feb. 12. Two New Zealand records were broken at the Waitemata Swimming Club carnival to-night. M’ sa Mona Leydon won the Auckland women’s 440 yards championship in smin. 54 3-ssec., thus reducing her own record established last year by ssecs. W. Johnson was successful in a special attack on the New Zealand 880 yards intermediate boys’ time, recording 12min. 26secs., dipping Imin. 11 1-5 secs, off the time made by Batcheftr (Canterbury) 12 years ago.
