COLLECTION OF DOG TAX

DELINQUENT TARADALE OWNERS DEFAULTERS IO BE SUED. ‘•The collection of the dog tax by tho registrar from certain individuals was entailing considerable difficulty,’’ reported the clerk, Mr W. G. Jarvis, at the monthly meeting of the Taradale Town Board on Thursday night. “While no hardship would be experienced by them in paying the prescribed fee when called upon, they seem to think that the registrar should be expected to call repeatedly and await their pleasure. Immediate action should be taken to compel compliance with the regulations as over three months of the year have expired lor which registration must be made.” The board agreed to the suggestion made by the clerk and decided that ail fees not paid by the end of the present month would be sued for without further notice.
