BLEDISLOE ORATORY MEDAL
AUCKLAND STUDENT’S SUCCESS. Wellington, Oct. T 3. Mr K. H. Melvin, of the Auckland University College, was adjudged winner of the first three-yearly Bledisloe Oratory Medal, with the subject "James Busby.” The runner-up was Mr M. G. Sullivan, of Auckland, with the subject "Bishop Selwyn. ’’ Mr H. Atmore presided. Lord Bledisloe presented the medal.
