TAKAPAU.

GOLF CLUB MATCH

(Own Correspondent.)

A club match on bogey handicaps was played on the Takapau links on Saturday afternoon, W. McKee being the winner with two up on bogey on an 11 handicap. The men’s finals in the Takapau Club’s tennis championship were to be played last Wednesday but the matches had to be postponed owing to wet weather. The finals will be played at “Brookwood” on Wednesday. Mrs N. M. Paulsen is lending her courts for the match as the club’s ground is now hardly in a condition for match playing.
