TRAIN STRIKES SPLIT RAIL. United Pre** Association—By CableCopyright.l (Received 4, 11.10 a.m.) Vancouver, Dec. 3. At Norfolk (Virginia) 13 were killed and 40 injured when a New York-bound excursion train, striking a split rail, left the tracks. Three cars telescoped.
