GERMAN ELECTIONS
PROBABLE COALITION MENTEFFECT ON POLAND, FRANCE AND RUSSIA. [United Press Assn —By Cable— Copyright.) [United Service.) (Received 28, 9.15 a.m.) London, May 26. The “Observer’s” Berlin correspondent says the outstanding facts of the elections are the approach of a peaceful German-Polish trade agreement. France, he says, will have to see that every measure is taken to fulfil the obligations due to her. Russia will have no cause to complain. Capital and labour, he asserts, will almost certainlv meet in a coalition Government. The increase in Communism is attributable to Moscow propoganda and not to German unrest. If the Moscow influence is to continue, she will have to arrange a less destructive policy in the Reichstag, since decent people are repelled by the offensiveness and histrionism of Communist members.
