AT THE RAILWAY STATION
The sloping garden beds at the Hastings railway platform are always a source of interest to gardeners. Hardy shrubs are flourishing there already, and this week men have been busy planting out dozens of seedlings which will before long present a bank of gay colour to the eye<j of the passers by-
