AT THE CABARET
Mostly those of the younger set were to be seen last Saturday at the Cabaret, and a most gay scene it all looked when the many pretty frocks with fluttering draperies were seen as their wearers danced the fox trot and the increasingly popular Charleston. Shawls seem indispensible, and georgette is growing in favour for filmy petal frocks. Among those noticed were:— Mr. and Mrs. Hope (nee Miss Margartt Ormond), Miss Cara Johnston, of Wellington, who is staying in Napier, Miss Lucy Sproule, Miss B. Moffatt, Miss E. Barry, Miss M. Cornford, Miss A. Strauchan, Miss B. Ingles. Miss Lois Caro, and Messrs. Max Miller, D. Newbigen, H. Strauchan, R. Inglis, S. Inglis, D. Kennedy, D. Pharazyn, and numbers of others.
