SUPREME COURT

PRISONERS SENTENCED.

Wellington Sept. 29. The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice MacGregor at the Supreme Court:—Walter Keith McFntosh aged seventeen, to probation for four years for an attempted act. Henry William McKay, aged 23, to twelve months for breaking and entering. Thomas Henry Ruthciford, aged 58, to six months, on charges of indocent assault on n male. William Thomas Sou th by, aged nineteen, a clerk, to probation far two years for theft as servant.
