RUSSIA AND POLAND
PROPOSED NON-AGGRESSION PACT. AGREEMENT OF CERTAINPOINTS. (Received 29, 9.5' a.m.) Warsaw, Sept. 28. The Foreign Ministry has announced that the Moscow conversations between Tchitelierin and the Polish Minister achieved agreement on certain points of the proposed nonaggression pact. Observers point out that Poland is most desirous of maintaining her north-eastern status quo on an enduring peace basis but without con•flicting with her obligations towards the League of Nations.—(A. and N.Z.)
