Mr. Citrine, general secretary of t he Trades Union Congress, was asked to-day whether any communication had been received from the All-Russin Council of Trades Unions with regard to the recent decision of the Trades Union Congress to discontinue cooperation with Russian trade unions He replied that no communication of any kind had been received from Russia.
