ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
SHOTGUN EXPLODES. Puikekohe, June 25. Barney Flavell, 15, was wounded by a shotgun exploding, the charge entering his neck. BUS PASSENGER EXPIRES. Cisborne, June 25. Mis. Louisa Pardoe, 78. residing at Makauri. while entering a ’bus in which she intended travelling to town, collapsed and died this morning. FATAL FALL FROM HORSE. The man. Gordon Gray, drover, of Queen street, Hastings, who was reported as having fallen off his horse at To Aute, and as being seriously injured, died at the Waipukurau Hospital on Thursday last. Ho was well known throughout Hawke's Bay where he has resided for the past 32 years. The funeral took place this afternoon at Waipukurau.
