PURCHASED FOR £157,000. London, June 24. Sir James Allen has signed a contract at £157,500 for the purchase or new offices for Now Zealand. Occupation is deferred pending an arrange ment with the existing leaseholders. The contract ts for the balance of the lease and purchase from the British Medical Association of the freehold of a. six storey block at the corner of the Strand and Agar street. —(A. and N.Z.)
