PROGRAMME OF EXTENSIONS. Dunedin, Nov. 14A special meeting of the Dunedin City Council tonight adopted with one exception the Tramways Committee’s proposals lor extensions that would cost £70,000. The clause that was not adopted was referred back to the committee. It related to an extension from Pelichet Bay to Harbour Terrace via Union street. The clauses adopted included an extension to Forbury Park via .Richardson street or Bay View road, the duplication of the Caversham line via Wilkie road, extensions to Carisbrook, to Look-out Point, to Maori Hill, and to Kenmurc road. Mornington. It was also decided to make provision in the loan proposals for three petrol ’buses. The loan proposals were referred back to the. Finance Committee in._yiew of tEe lack of finality with regard to the Pelichet Bay Joute.
