Owing to the unlikelihood of the waterside case in the Arbitration Court ending this w.*ek, Mr Justice Frazer announces the postponements of other cases for the week as follow:—Wool and grain storemen, 28th; printing trades, 2nd, 3rd and 4th October. The engineers’ case has been deferred till the court returns from Auckland, where a sitting begins on 16th October.
