Krassin, head of the Russian trade envoys has arrived and joined his colleagues. The delegation is ostensiblynegotiating with the Allied EconomicCouncil but is suspected of seeking recognition of the Soviet. The envoys are accompanied by 22 experts, secretaries and others.
