WEDDING.
DIAMOND—McMAHON. A wedding of interest to the Hastings and Napier districts took place at the Meeanee Catholic Church, yesterday, when Father Hickson united in matrimony Mr. Charles Diamond, proprietor of the Hastings Hotel, and Nurse McMahon, of Napier. The bride was given away by her brother-m-law, Mr. O’Rourke, of Napier, and she was attended by .Nurse Bowe as bridesmaid. At the conclusion of the ceremony the bride and bridegroom received _ the i hearty congratulations of thrir friends, as well as their sincere wishes for many years of happiness in their wedded lifd.
