LOCO-MEN’S DEMANDS.
Auckland, Dec. 4. The Auckland Branch of the Engine-drivers’, Firemen and Cleaners’ Association resolved to demand that immediate effect be given to the proposals for improved conditions. and to ask the Executive to fix a time limit to the negotiations so that in the event of no favourable result being obtained suitable action can bo talten to enforce the demands.
