Chbistohurch, Thursday. At the annual meeting of the Prison Gate Mission Bishop Julius said ho considered the present prison system a bnngle. It belonged to the nineteenth century, and when the twentieth came he hoped they would have a better. Members of tho ' Mission would be glad to- learn of the steps taken by the Government to olassify juvenile offenders, and that action would make an enormouß difference to industrial sohools.
