9 [rER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. The-Harbor Board elected Mr H. Beau-, ohamp ohalrman in place of Mr J. Hntoheson, who was not re-appointed recently. Mr G. Fisher, member of the Board, refused to join in the enlogism passed by the other members on Mr Sutoheson, and said he was glad that gentleman's career was ended.
