A TRIBUTE.
Cfiristohubch, Thursday. Sub-Inspeotor O'Brien has received from Colonel Estell, commanding the Salvation Army, a letter congratulating him on hia promotion, though the Colonel saya he feels the officer's removal will be a loss to their organisation. On behalf | of the Salvation Army he oonveyß to Mr O'Brien their great appreciation and thankfulness for the assistance rendered during hia term of office.
