Dig«ers continue to arrive at Derby, Cambridge Gulf, from the goldfiolds, some of them bringing a fair amount of gold. The diggers are in good health. Business at Derby, Cambridge Gulf, is dull. (Received December 3, 1 a.m.) Mr Darling, Q.C., will be sworn as Chief Justice on Thursday next. Sir Patrick Jennings Ims expressed pleasure with Mr Gillies' proposal to hold an International Exhibition in Melbourne in 1888.
