COURT GRANTS DISCHARGES The official assignee at Hawera (Mr C. O. Pratt) was released from the administration of 13 bankrupt estates at the New Plymouth Supreme Court yesterday. ■ The discharge of Colin Derby, New Plymouth, was moved by Mr H. S. Weston, and granted after an assurance by the deputy-official assignee;, Mr J. S*. S. Medley, that everything was in order. Sydney Boivin was granted his discharge on the motion of Mr L. E. Sowry, Mr Medley assuring His Honour that preferential debts had been paid.
