ANIMAL’S SUDDEN ATTACK. LIFE SAVED BY DOG. While feeding out to stock on his farm at Cheal Road, Ngaere, yesterday morning, Air J. Penniall was attacked and gored. Tho animal turned on him suddenly and Air Pennial had no chance suddenly and Mr Penniall had no chance of defending himself. His condition is regarded as critical. It is believed that the action of his dog in driving off the bull saved the injured man’s life. Air Penniall was severely injured before the dog intervened.
