Surprise Party

Twenty-six members of the Park Tennis Club paid a surprise visit to Air and Airs Ivf Bell at their home in Hawera last evening. There were competitions and games won by Aliss Iv. Wolner and Airs H. E. Hotter and an exhibition by Air T. Lay of motion pictures featuring New Zealand and Australian subjects and famous tennis players, Aliss Dorothy Round and Alessrs, J. Perry and V. McGrath in action. On behalf of the members a. presentation was made to Air. and Airs Bell of a reversible wool rug.
