Birthday Honours
Sir Walter Carncross, M.L.C., Speaker of the Legislative Council, celebrated,his 80th birthday this week and received many congratulations from all. parts of the Dominion. The Mayor, of. Eltham (Air I. J. Bridger), on behalf of the residents, sent greetings to Sir Walter and also to Lady Carncross whose birthday falls on the same day.
