Communists Cause Uproar in Dutch Parliament INSULT TO THE QUEEN REFUSAL OF INTERVIEW (United Press Association —By Eiectris Telegraph Copyright.) ‘ Received 11 a.m. to-day. THE HAGUE, Sept. 18. Communist deputies created a scene when the Dutch Parliament reassembled, and were forcefully removed 1 . Simultaneously, Communists assembled outside fhe Ministry of Social Affairs and became riotous when they were refused an interview with the Minister. Queen Wilhelmina was cheered when driving through the streets to Parliament. The speech from the Throne did not 'contain the expected announcement of Princess Juliana’s betrothal. The Communist disturbance arose when the senior Parliamentarian, at the conclusion of the Queen’s speech/raised the traditional cry of “Long live the Queen.” Two’ Communist deputies, one of whom was a Javanese, shouted, “Down with the Royal House.” Other deputies immediately seized them and threw them out.
The police arrested the three Communists deputies con(cernjed in the disturbance. They were later released, and emerged pale, their shirts being blood spattered and -their elothes rumpled.
