WORKS IMPRESS CRITICS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 5. A large and fashionable gathering thronged the salons of Burlington House when tfie summer exhibition of ■.he Royal Acedemy was opened to the private view of invited guests. It was the general opinion of art critics that in regard to crattmanship especially in the water colour and • graphic art. sections, the whole works * exhibited are of great excellence. In. the architectural section an exceptionally interesting exhibit was provided by the drawings of the new London University buildings by diaries Holden, which when completed ' will be the largest work of architecture in ixmdon.
