Island Motor Unions. Mr W. G. Walkley, of Hawera, organising broker .of the Associated Motorists’ Petrol Company, Ltd., reports that the company’s £IOO,OOO issue has been oversubscribed' by £SOOO. The company’s 3.000,000 gallon bulk installation at main ports is now practically completed by the New Zealand contractors, and the first shipment of 2.500,000 gallons of Russian petrol will, be on the water, en route to New Zealand, within the next few days.
