ABANDONED CAR FOUND

Last night the police at Raurimu received word that a car to the description of that- in which Forsyth and Evans escaped from _ Alt. Eden had been abandoned at \\ ado’s landing, Wanganui River. The car contained traveller’s samples. .A police party left late last night to investigate.
