It is now established that Mrs Crocker, who iwas drowned) at Antwerp, is the Hungarian actress Sari Pe,trass, a life-long friend/ of Lady Home. The police are not satisfied 1 with the explanation of the chauffeur, Albert Preedy, and l have arrested him. It is understood that ho will be charged with homicide 'by imprudence. It i,s alleged that he .disregarded the danger signals displayed on the approach of the ferry.
Following a crash of a motor car into the sea, divers recovered the bodies of Lady Horne and her friend, who was identified as Mrs Crocker, of London. The chauffeur decalres that while approaching the ferry he made for a spot where he understood the bridge was He- was dazzled through flashes' from the lighthouse and drove into the water.
